Should you have a query with your April pay, please click on the link below and complete the form fully. When you press Submit this will automatically be returned to us.
It is really important to complete this form fully, so we can resolve your concerns for you as quickly as possible. We will not be able to look into your query if it isn’t. Please do allow 72 hours for a response from us, we are working with a limited team at present due to Covid 19 and we will come back to you as soon as we possibly can.
Please do also note that any emails sent to any email addresses separately will not be responded to, this will slow down response times and we do appreciate that these are unsettling times for everyone and want to come back to you as soon as we possibly can.
Finally, if you still do not have access to your online payslip please email payslips@wshsupport.com with your full name and Employee Number and they will be able to assist you.
