Caterlink is required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. Caterlink is an equal pay and equal opportunities employer.
This information is a snapshot of the gender pay gap as at 5 April 2025. Our gender pay gap of 19.05% mean (11.77% median) reflects the average paid to females and males across our business. It is not a comparison of pay rates for females and males doing work of the equal value. Our pay rates for females and males doing the same job are identical and they enjoy the same rights and opportunities across our business.
We are committed to developing all of our team members. Our learning platform provides every employee with additional learning opportunities as well as mandatory requirements to complete their roles. This includes our internal inclusion and diversity training as well and other areas that can enrich roles and support further develop within the company such as management and leadership e-learning modules where we have an over 90% completion rate by managers across the business. We also provide optional support and further learning in health and wellbeing with a 95% completion rate of such modules.
Caterlink does not have a bonus payment culture. Only 1.52% in 2025 of our workforce received performance bonus payments. The mean gender pay gap for bonus payments is 61.85% in 2025 (88.5% median). The proportion of females receiving a bonus payment is 1.13%. The proportion of males receiving a bonus is 6.45%.
