2018 proved to be the strongest field by Caterlink’s Primaries in the prestigious LACA School Chef of the Year, no fewer than 6 areas have entered. Anglesey, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, Lambeth, Medway and Wokingham have all successfully reached their regional final cook off’s.
It’s a true testament to the cook’s abilities to get so far in LACA. Great work from both cook’s and their talented mentors.
