Contract Makeover at Ripley St Thomas earns 99.7% Rating from Consultant.

Mark Priestley has recently overseen a total overhaul of the Front of House presentation at Ripley St Thomas School in Lancaster.

A working group which included Paul Freeman (Ripley Catering Manager), Patrick McQuillan (Development Chef), Kerry Williams (Operations Manager) & Andy Clarke (Manager at The University of Nottingham) developed the presentation scheme for all areas and with a minimal investment sum from Caterlink. Through this we have been able to make a discernible step in the presentation of our great food. Recognition came in the form of a 99.7% rating from a recent Consultant Audit.
