«Back Caterlink_logo_caterlink_news_large

Caterlink is required by law to carry out Gender Pay Reporting under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.

Caterlink is an equal pay and equal opportunity employer.

This information relates to the year 2017/18. Our gender pay gap 28.76% mean (20.97% median) reflects the average paid to females and males across our business. It is not a comparison of pay rates for females and males doing work of the equal value. Our pay rates for females and males doing the same job are identical and enjoy the same rights and opportunities across our business. We are committed to developing all of our  team members. For example, 50% of our Divisional Directors are Female and 100% of our Divisional Directors have been promoted through our business. Caterlink does not have bonus payment culture. Only 1.7% of our workforce receive performance bonus payments. The mean gender pay gap for bonus payments is 56.26% (42.93% median). The proportion of females receiving a bonus payment is 1.27%. The proportion  of males receiving a bonus is 7.06%.
